Do you offer gift cards?

Purchasing this digital gift card creates a unique code. The gift card recipient can enter this code at checkout to subtract the gift card value from their order total.
This gift card never expires.

Does your print come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, all limited edition Giclées come with a certificate of authenticity.
Do you use archival materials?
Yes! All Giclées are printed on archival art papers including Canson Aquarelle and Hahnemühle Photorag. All prints are made using the very best high definition equipment and finest materials, all overseen by master printers.
ORDERS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
There may be slight color variations with photographed artwork and colors can vary on screen. If you have questions or would like to see more detail about a piece, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All sales are final, with the exception of a few situations.
For prints: We work with a third-party printer. If a print is damaged, our third-party printer will send a replacement print free of charge and cover the delivery costs of a replacement once verified that the shipped print was damaged. Alternatively, if a refund is requested for a defective print, the third party printer will refund the amount once they have received the print in return and after it has been inspected at their studio. They'll send an email confirmation to Design with Ali to confirm
For original paintings/artwork: If art is damaged through the mail, please send a photo to email@example.com within the first three days of receiving the piece.
Workshops & Events: If you signed up for a workshop and were unable to attend, we do not offer refunds. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions.
What should I do if my package is lost?
If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you to take the following steps:
1. Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there.
2. Reach out to your local post office or FedEx facility.
3. Contact email@example.com and include your order number.
Please report your lost or stolen shipment within 7 days of the marked delivery date. If an order is lost after being shipped to a third party mail forwarding facility, we are unable to assume responsibility of the package once it is marked as delivered. Once an international shipment has been marked as delivered, we are no longer responsible for the particular package.
Please note, Design with Ali is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Due to increased order volume and COVID-19, there may be a delay in processing and/or shipping your order. Thank you for your patience as we all navigate this difficult time.
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
If your order includes an item marked Preorder, the remainder of your order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship.
Prints ship directly from our partner The Print Space. Please allow an additional 7–14 days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Original Art will ship in 2-3 weeks.
Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday.
