Shipping policy

Art prints and decor

We have a third-party partner for our art prints and decor products. It takes 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order. Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it’s delivered to the end address. U.S. shipping estimates based on products:

  • Art prints, and framed art prints: Shipping is between 4–7 business days
  • Framed canvas prints, and metal prints: Shipping is between 4–11 business days 
  • Throw blankets, throw pillows, journals: Shipping is between 6–11 business days


Order processing times are separate from the shipping times at checkout. 

All orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday.

After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If your order includes an item marked Preorder, the remainder of your order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship.

Art prints and decor ship directly from our third-party partner. Please allow an additional 7–14 days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Original Art will ship in 2–3 weeks.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. 

If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

There may be broader delivery timelines (e.g. 8 to 20 days) for international shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Design with Ali is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@designwithali.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers may have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible and within three days at hello@designwithali.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
